So what is new?

Most apparent news are the new forums and a new system handle up and download files for the Traveller Community.

As before there will be possible to comment on articles and rate their content. However, if an article is older than 12 months, commenting will be closed. All article comments will also automatically be a part of the new forum to Traveller Freeport. It is also possible for the community members to fill out an extensive profile, not just user name.

In addition to this other features will appear as Facebook intergration. I have to do some testing here as I am quite new on Facebook.

Where all this will bring us, I don't know, but I am pretty sure this can and will be good.

Whats the bad news?

As old extensions was not available for upgrades a few things did go into dev/null. Old comments to articles. The old forum, which by the way had been lying dormant without use for the past two or three years. Ratings and old polls has also been routed to dev/null. Nothing of this are of much consequence, but one thing are. Files uploaded by community members. They are regretfully lost as there was no way to connect the files to their proper owner.

So I have a request. Those of you that did upload files, could you please re-upload them again if they still are available.
